We have been learning about where we belong, and which kind of festivals and celebrations we experience in our lives. This week, the children have been telling us about some parties they have been to. Here are some of the things we have been told:

Finlay  –  I went to my Daddy’s fairy party. He got a very massive guitar. It was silver and black and turns into rainbow colours. I played with Daddy’s guitar and then it was broken but we fixed it.

Codie – I went to my Mum and dad’s party. I played and danced. We had crisps and sausage rolls. There was a bear at the party.

Jovan – I went to a Hallowe’en party. I was Dracula. I played on the slide, then I went on a rope swing. I went in the balls.

Troy -  I went to my Birthday Party. It was very exciting. I played with my new toys. I had a fire engine and a very blue truck. We had a birthday cake. My sister came. After I had enjoyed my food, I went to bed, woke up and went to school.

Jacob – I went to Leo’s Ben 10 party. We played musical statues and I won. We had sausages. Then we played musical bumps. I won again.

Harry – I had a Ben 10 Birthday Party. I gave everyone some cake. Ben 10 was on the plate.

Shantae – I went to Ushayne’s party at Head Over Heels. We played on the big slide, it’s a long way down. Then we had some cake. Then we played on the little slide. We went in the little play area with the bubble slide. It made me laugh and cry.

Mubarak – My Mummy got me a cake for my birthday.

Rajan – I had a Diwali party. I wore special clothes. We did some dancing. Mummy cooked special food. We went to the temple.

Christian – I had a blue party for my birthday with my Mum, Dad and Grandma. Aunty Sandra was there. I played cards and then I just chilled. Aunty Amelia, Geevan and Sunil came too. I got computer games.

Elijah – I went to Millie’s party. I had popcorn, sweets and chocolate to eat. We went to the cinema and watched Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs but I missed Mummy.

Yasin – I had an Eid Party. We had presents. Nano and Mummy cooked. Daddy had to drive his taxi but he came back early. I wore special clothes that my cousin’s Mum gave me.

Callum – I had my party at my house. We got drinks. Sam said I could make a wish. I had presents. I had a crab book. My friends came to my party.

Ayub – I had some food at my party. We played games. My Mum was there.

Grace – I went to Erin’s party. We played a stop game, whoever moved was out and got a chocolate coin. You are not allowed to talk or move. We had party food.

Kitty – I had a party at home with a clown. The clown was funny, he did magical tricks. Ruby, Kenzey, Eve and Farrah came to my parrty. I had 15 children at my party. My sister Hannah was there. I had a red and blue Power Ranger cake.
